Are there non-smoking rooms?

No, but you can ask for a room with a balcony.

 

How late can I arrive?

A receptionist welcomes you 24h/24 so you can arrive at any time after 2 pm.

 

What can I do with my luggage if I arrive before 2 pm?

We can store your luggage until your room is ready

 

How late can I keep my room?

Until 12 noon

 

Can I leave my luggage in a locker?

Is it necessary to book to use the hotel garage?

No, it depends on the places available when you arrive (18 places). Warning! The car-park’s access ramp is narrow and cannot accommodate 4X4 and other wide vehicles.

 

How much does the car park cost?

€8 for 24 hours

 

Is there a public car park nearby?

Yes, the Chevêne car park is 100 metres away (rate €0.80 per hour by day and €0.40 per hour at night, with free parking on Sundays and public holidays).

We can provide a ticket which will allow you to park your car free between 9 pm and 8 am. Ask for it at reception.

 

Can park my car in front of the hotel to unload my luggage?

Yes, we have a drop-off parking space.

 

Can I come with my dog or cat?

Yes, with a supplement of €7 per animal per day.

 

Is there a lift?

No. Messages are taken by the receptionists who give them to you with your key.

No, however our Bar Le Jazz is at your disposal from 6:30 till 9:30 pm. You can also order drinks to be served in your room from reception.

 

Is breakfast included in my rate?

That depends on your reservation. You should check the details of your confirmation.

 

What kind of breakfast do you offer?

An American style buffet breakfast with savoury and sweet products, hot and cold.

 

What time is breakfast served?

From 7 to 10 am.

 

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

Yes, open from Monday to Friday for your lunches and from Monday to Sunday for dinner.

 

What are the lunchtime service times?

From 12 noon to 1:30 pm

Do you offer fixed menus?

Yes, 3 fixed menus are available at lunchtime: plat du jour or Menu Express (2 courses) or Menu du Jour (3 courses). You can consult the blackboard at the entrance to the restaurant. In the evening a seasonal menu is available as well as a 3-course discovery menu for €22.

Yes, a fitness room is freely accessible from 8 am to 9 pm

What are the SPA’s opening times?

Do you offer treatments?

Yes, two treatment cubicles are at your disposal, our beauticians offer different facials and bodycare treatments (scrubs, massage…). You can consult the list of treatments at reception and make an appointment. Our receptionist will help you.

 

What cosmetics are used for the treatments?

We work with two brands: La Sultane de Saba and Thalgo.

 

Is there a swimming pool?

No, the Marquisats summer swimming is nearby and is open from May to early September.

 

I have never been to Annecy. Will there be someone to help me find my way?

Yes, the receptionists will be happy to guide to and advise you for your outings. We also provide you with a town plan.
